Outreach & Engagement
Commerce City asked the community to vote on an overall concept and preferred optional elements. After three public meetings and online input, the community voted on a nature-inspired, active concept and a hillside slide. The project team refined the design to reflect the community’s input while staying within schedule and budget. The final design was presented to City Council on June 16, 2014.
