Gymnastics
The city's gymnastics program provides diverse learning for all ages and abilities. Whether you're looking to improve your child's motor skills or seeking a more competitive environment, our program features state-of-the art equipment and certified training that will improve agility and provide a fun experience.

Parent-Taught
Introduce your child ages 2-4 to gymnastic movement. You and your child will learn the basics, including how to tumble safely using wedge mats, dancing and an obstacle course.

Pre-Gymnastics
Certified instructors introduce boys and girls ages 4-5 to basic gymnastics using all pieces of equipment.

Beginning Gymnastics
Develop your child's sound mechanical skills, coordination and strength. Gymnasts ages 6-17 receive basic instruction in tumbling and gymnastic equipment.

Advanced Beginning Gymnastics
Build on skills mastered in introductory level instruction and progress to more difficult tricks. This class for ages 6-17 emphasizes form, body position and skill connection.

Intermediate Gymnastics
This class offers new challenges with more advanced teaching on high beams and equipment. Gymnasts ages 6-17 continue to build self-confidence in a safe and fun environment. 

CARA Girls Gymnastics Team
Prepare gymnasts for competition in a progressive environment. Participants ages 6-17 learn how to perform back walkovers, cartwheels on the beam, and proper technique for a handspring vault. After mastering skills and combinations, individuals compete against other club-level teams.
