former Mile High Greyhound Park site, enter at E. 62nd Avenue and Parkway Drive
This first-time city event allows residents to dispose of up to four waste tires per household with proof of residency. Only car and pickup truck tires will be accepted and all tires must be off-rim. Tires must be free of excess dirt and debris. Tires from tractors, semi-trucks or other heavy equipment will NOT be accepted. No businesses or commercial operations allowed.
Thanks to a partnership with the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment (CDPHE), all waste tires collected at this event will be re-used in tire-derived fuel. For more details and restrictions, view the event flier.
