Prairie Gateway is northeast of the Commerce City Civic Center. It is 190 acres in size. The main attractions this park offers is it's 2.4 mile, soft surface perimeter trail, shelters, benches and overlook area with mountain views. The park is open to the public at all times however, this park has a shelter area that can be rented out.

Alcohol permits are required to consume 3.2% beer at all Commerce City parks. Glass containers are not allowed at any city park. |

Shelters are limited to 75 people per shelter.
Operate as a first come first serve basis.
Reservations are for the pavilion only.
Rentals are available March-October.
Applications accepted after March 1.
Reservations must be made at least two weeks prior to event.
Reservations form is required to reserve a shelter.
Deposit is due at time of reservation.
Payment of the full is due two weeks before the event.
