KING SOOPERS GRAND OPENING
When: Wednesday, June 27, 2012
Location: 104th Avenue & Chambers Road, Commerce City
The 123,000 sq. ft. King Soopers Marketplace, currently under construction at East 104th Avenue and Chambers Road, is expected to host its grand opening on June 27. The new store will be one of the largest King Soopers in the state and will offer an expanded variety of products. It is one of just two Marketplace stores in the metro area, and one of four in the state.


DEMAND DRIVEN EDUCATION BREAKFAST - MIND THE GAP
When: Friday, June 29, 2012 - 7:00 AM TO 9:00 AM
Location: Commerce City Civic Center, 7887 E. 60th Avenue

The Chamber of Commerce breakfast will focus on the topics surrounding our current education system and how it meets the demands of industries such as Energy, Technology, Health Care and Transportation. The panel will be Moderated by Governor Bill Ritter, Director of the Center for the New Energy Economy at Colorado State University.
